VistaJet is pleased to announce the selection of Milan-Malpensa as our new base of operations in Europe. Milan provides VistaJet an opportunity to expand our international route network with easy access to most of the key European markets, as well as growth potential to the Middle East and Northern Africa.
Milan was selected as our European base after thorough review of other potential key focus cities based on its location and lack of a large operation by other major airlines. In our review, we also considered Vienna, Zurich, and Munich, along with the possibility of a Middle Eastern base in Istanbul.
VistaJet's growth in Europe is a continued development of our international operations from our North American headquarters with new Trans-Atlantic flights between Toronto and London, Paris, and Frankfurt, along with a nonstop flight between Las Vegas and Tokyo. VistaJet also serves 19 destinations in Canada and 3 in Mexico. Milan's development will begin within the next month.
VistaJet is headquartered in Las Vegas, with additional bases located Charlotte and Toronto and currently is the 19th largest airline in terms of passengers volume and a proud member of OneWorld Alliance.
